Instant reports
Custom reports can be designed to meet your specific business needs or you and your team can select and flag your 'favourite' reports from a list of over 250 standard management reports including aged debtors, creditors, P&L, balance sheets. They can be displayed, saved or sent in the format you or your auditors require i.e. to screen, PDFs or spreadsheets and sent to groups, PDAs or iPhones.
Extensive drill down functionality means that you can quickly and easily get to the information in the system that you require whether it be customer, supplier, stock or nominal account. If desired the result can be exported to Excel using the power of integration with Microsoft Office to quickly and easily create your own reports.
Customised reports
Your invoices and statements and other commercial documents can be customised to include your logo and reflect the layout you need to fit with your forms or letterhead.
Specific Management forms such as your board pack are created in Crystal. This can be done by you if you have in-house expertise or by our experts at Accountech. Once your new Access implementation is underway we will discuss the operational reports that you may require as part of our Statement of Requirements process.
Profit & Loss Reports
You can configure your Access system according to the branches, departments, trading sectors or divisions of your business. This means that you are able to create analysed profit and loss reports for each of these areas. Month by month or year by year comparisons can be made as well as actual versus budget, year to date and forecast.
