Access Dimensions provides you with an integrated work flow through stock, bill of materials, works orders to purchasing enabling you to access information easily and quickly to ensure that orders are fulfilled rapidly and profitably.
Bill of Materials enables you to see at a glance if you have sufficient stock to build your order. Complicated assemblies with several component parts can be tracked using serial numbers.
You can set minimum and maximum build quantities to ensure that you do not produce unprofitable Works Orders or exceed set stock levels.
To ensure that orders are not held up you can see at a glance which components are low or out of stock and make a decision on either alternative part or create a back to back order.
To ensure that your most important customers' orders are fulfilled you can set a priority level to speed up their order through the factory. Excellent visibility in the system allows you to monitor the progress, keeping an eye out for potential hold ups.
By accessing the WIP and valuation analysis you can continually make process improvements and identify where pricing needs attention in order to maximise efficiencies and margins.
