Access has four levels of accounting suites as well as Project Management and Payroll solutions.
Dimensions
Access Dimensions is the flag ship accounting solution for medium to larger sized organisations that may require as many as 500+ users. The Microsoft SQL database enables you to integrate to other business applications such as CRM, industry specific or bespoke solutions. Multi currency option is available for overseas trading.
Dimensions Lite
Access Dimensions Lite provides majority of the functionality and benefits found in Dimensions (see above) and is a cost effective solution for small to medium sized organisations requiring up to 10 users.
Horizons
Access Horizons v5 is a recent addition to the Access suite. This is a cut down version of Dimensions Lite (see above) for up to 4 users.
Foundations
Access Foundations is an excellent solution for start ups or smaller organisations that have plans for growth to get on the right ladder. It is easy to upgrade to Horizons or Dimensions when the need arises thereby safe guarding the initial investment, both in time and money.
FocalPoint
Access FocalPoint, web based Project Management solution, integrates with Dimensions and Dimensions Lite. Timesheets, expenses and purchase requests are quickly and easily submitted via the Internet entering into an authorisation process flow. Resource scheduling tools enables intelligent plan and preparation of the project. Up to date reports are easily accessible by those with authorisation so that the position of the project is always known.
Payroll
Access Payroll can stand alone or integrate with any of the Access suites and is suitable for small, medium or large organisations. The SQL version of Payroll deals effectively with large numbers of employees and is currently being used by a client running a weekly payroll for 2500 staff.
